Bad smell in the corridor 7th floor

Our flight was early morning at 5am on the checkout day and we requested the front desk to either provide us some refreshments in room as we will not have an opportunity to avail breakfast buffet(that we paid for). They were extremely rude and disrespectful that we don't need it and should have booked a later flight. I would not recommend this hotel as the staff is not accommodating.

The front desk staff were very helpful and hospitable. The check in/ check out process was very smooth.

There was only one bellboy upon our arrival (around 10pm) so it took sometime for our luggage to be loaded out of the car and into the room.

The view of the room was spectacular.Amentiies were very good and exceeded my expectations.Bathroom was really good.

Room could have been a slight larger.Prices should be a little lower.

excellent breakfast spread provided free of charge as we were checking out on a Friday.

the pool was too small

Honestly, the hotel’s location is nice, but the staff weren’t very cooperative. I arrived early and told them I came for Umrah, and I asked if they could give me the room a bit earlier, but they refused. I think that wasn’t nice, especially since they had availability — they should’ve allowed it.

Twin beds are actually very small. It looks like a kids bed.

It was crowded in front of the counter and in the lobby, and the check-in was delayed.

Everything is great here. I will definitely come back again to the hotel. Special thanks to the front desk staff, the security people, and to Mohammed Abdi who helped me to find my lost car keys.

A lot the smell the room is dirty and smoke alarm always on and i tried to call reception nobody answered

It’s not clean, the staff were very bad actually they don’t have enough staff, the shower blocked the water.

The hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, always it smells very good, the staff was so sweet, it’s my 4th time staying here

Outdoor pool was not heated.There was an event that wasn’t announced, the event guests used the facilities and it was a mess, the place wasn’t clean, no security, no life guards, guests were throwing trash inside the pool with no control from the hotel.Room was very small, we were surprised that the hotel is meant for business and not announced they have other hotel attached for families using the same facilities
